NeedBaba offers secure payment options through our platform. When you decide to hire an expert, you can make a payment through our secure gateway. We hold the payment in escrow until you confirm that you are satisfied with the solution provided.

To become an expert, create an account, then select "Register as Expert" during the sign-up process. Complete your profile with your qualifications, experience, specialization areas, and any relevant certifications. Our team will review your application and notify you once approved.

Once approved as an expert, you will have access to a dashboard showing needs that match your expertise. You can browse these requests, filter by category or location, and respond to the ones you can help with by providing a customized solution approach.

NeedBaba charges a commission on successful transactions between users and experts. The commission rate varies based on the category and transaction value. You can view the specific rates in your expert dashboard after registration.

When a user accepts your solution and completes the payment, the funds are held in escrow. Once the user confirms satisfaction with your service, the payment (minus platform commission) is released to your account. You can withdraw funds to your bank account or UPI ID.
